I'm Raj — CEO & founder of GD Technology and a Data, AI & Business Applications consultant based in London. I've spent over four years working at the intersection of technology and business, building practical digital systems for SMEs that actually get used.
My background spans Python development, data engineering, Power BI reporting, and modern web development — but what I've found is that the most valuable thing I bring to a project isn't the code. It's the ability to understand what a business actually needs, translate that into a technical solution, and deliver it without surprises.
I started GD Technology because I kept seeing the same pattern: small and medium businesses with genuinely good data, clear operational challenges, and real automation opportunities — but no affordable, trustworthy technical partner to help them act on any of it.
I'm selective about the projects I take on. I work best with businesses that have a clear problem they want solved — whether that's a website losing them clients, a reporting process wasting hours every week, or a repetitive task a well-built AI system could handle for a fraction of the cost.

The Data & Compliance side of GD Technology isn't theory. Since 2021 I've led the MIS and data function at a UK training provider — living inside the same funding rules, ILR returns and audit cycles my clients face every day.
Lead the MIS team
I lead the MIS function day to day — owning data accuracy, workflows and standards across the organisation.
End-to-end MIS & ILR
Responsible for the full MIS cycle — learner records, funding data, validation and accurate, on-time ILR submissions.
Stakeholder reporting
Producing regular reports and dashboards for directors, senior leaders and external stakeholders to drive decisions.
Trackers for the team
Building trackers and internal tools that managers and admins rely on to stay on top of delivery and compliance.
Marketing & outreach support
Working with the marketing team on data-driven customer outreach — helping them reach and convert the right learners.
Audit readiness
Preparing for and supporting external audits — GLA, Ofsted and Mazars — keeping evidence organised and data audit-ready.
How I got here
GD Technology founded
Started as a web development and IT consultancy, taking on projects in design, development and digital marketing.
First business application projects
Moved beyond simple websites into client portals, CRM integrations, and internal tools — where the real value for SMEs lies.
Data & reporting specialism
Built first Power BI dashboards, connecting CRM and spreadsheet data into live executive reporting. This became a core service.
AI automation work begins
Started building AI-powered tools using Python and the OpenAI API — knowledge bases, document search, and workflow automation.
