North London Community Care Agency needed a professional website that would do two things: reassure families about the quality of care their loved ones would receive, and attract qualified care staff to apply for roles.
The old site was outdated, hard to navigate on mobile, and didn't reflect the high standard of care the agency actually provided. It was actively costing them both clients and staff enquiries.

Garage booking & live-tracking platform
A booking platform built on a live workshop diary — customers pick a slot and get instant confirmation, then follow a private tracking link that updates as the vehicle enters the bay, as advisories are found with prices, and on completion. Work needs customer approval before it proceeds, and technicians run the diary from an admin dashboard.
Garage & MOT website — Colchester
Site for a DVSA-registered MOT and servicing garage covering diagnostics, brakes, suspension and general repairs, with fleet maintenance presented as its own route for local business customers alongside private work.

Website and enquiry journey for a university admissions and student recruitment consultancy — course and destination information, adviser enquiry capture, and an application journey prospective students can follow.
Executive KPI Dashboard
Power BI dashboard connecting CRM and spreadsheet data so directors see pipeline, placement activity and forecasting in one place instead of chasing separate reports.
Plumber
Emergency-led plumbing site — 24/7 callouts, burst pipes and leaks, bathroom fitting and radiator work, with upfront pricing and same-day booking made the first thing a visitor sees.

KitchenMe is a mobile marketplace that connects Londoners with talented home cooks in their neighbourhood.
Training Provider Portal
Course booking website with integrated learner portal — delegates book, pay online, and access certificates and training records.
Luxe Bridal Collection website
Bridal and eveningwear atelier site — gown collections browsable by silhouette, with private styling and fitting appointments booked online and bespoke alterations presented as part of the service.
Pharmacy website — Wood Green
Website for an independent NHS community pharmacy — repeat prescriptions, blood pressure checks, the New Medicine Service and walk-in services, each given its own page so patients can find a service and act on it.
Pharmacy website — Bermondsey
Website for a community pharmacy built around Pharmacy First — NHS flu and travel vaccinations, plus 24/7 online repeat prescription ordering with reminders, so routine requests arrive without a phone call.
Plumber & Electrician
Dual-trade site for a combined plumbing and electrical team — both trades presented as one booking so customers need not coordinate two contractors, with service areas and seven-day availability stated up front.
Ag Estate Agency
Estate agency site with a filterable property search by location, type, bedrooms and price, a free valuation request covering both in-person and online, and a page for each area the agency covers.
JR Estate Agency
Sales and lettings site covering valuations, tenant referencing and property management, with enquiry routing that separates vendors, landlords and applicants at the point of contact.
K Property website
Hyper-local estate agency site built around a single-postcode specialism — sales, lettings and management, with free valuations positioned on recent local sales evidence rather than generic promises.
Vehicle Service & Garage website
Independent garage site covering MOT, servicing, diagnostics, brakes and tyres, with same or next-day booking and the garage’s European-marque specialism carried through the page.
Internal Knowledge Assistant
AI assistant trained on internal policies and FAQs — staff get instant answers without emailing HR or searching through shared drives.
Operations Reporting System
Automated weekly report replacing a 4-hour manual process — connecting job management software, time-tracking, and finance data.
