Cookies and browser storage
We currently use essential session cookies only. They protect the contact form and, for authorised staff, the administration area. They expire when the browser session ends. We do not currently use Google Analytics or advertising cookies.
The optional on-page assistant keeps up to 24 recent messages in your browser's local storage so the conversation can be restored. Those messages are not sent to an AI provider or our server. You can remove them at any time by clearing this site's browser data.
Third-party services
Hostinger provides website hosting, database storage, security logging and content delivery. Brevo processes contact-form notification emails, and Titan provides our business mailbox. Google Fonts supplies typography and receives standard request information such as your IP address when the font files are loaded. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services and under their applicable data-protection terms.
